Deposits
$500.00 Refundable deposit required on a 1 to 2 week stay, more that
2 weeks a $500.00 refundable deposit is required. Deposits are
refunded within two weeks of departure
Cancellation &
Return Policy
Deposits are fully refunded 30 days from arrival. Cancellations
after that and up to two weeks are subject to review by the
management. Cancellations for Premium rentals on Holidays or on
special events deposits are also refunded in full 30 days before
arrival. Cancellations after that are subject to management approval.
Fees & Taxes
States Taxes and a $125.00 clean up fee will be deducted from your
deposit.
